A Qualified ReadyRide Driver Candidate . . .

1. Is at least 21 years of age, has a clean driving record, which means no at-fault auto accidents in the past three years, and no traffic misdemeanors (ie: reckless driving or DUII) in the past ten years.

2. Is able to pass a basic physical exam, meet the physical demands of the job (ie: long hours, long distance driving, lifting, bending, reaching, kneeling and possibly lifting up to 100lbs) and pass a physical agility test.

3. Is willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen test, including cannabis as per Federal DOT standards.

4. No felony convictions. If you have questions, please ask in the interview.

5. Must be flexible to work the hours required for the job. Available Monday thru Saturday with some shifts starting as early as 3am and some shifts ending as late as 10pm, possible Holidays, on call weekends and occasional unscheduled shifts.

6. Is able to maintain a professional and disciplined demeanor at all times, despite difficult member behaviors or operational pressures.

7. Agrees to not smoke, vape or use tobacco while in ReadyRide uniform.

8. Is able to stay awake and alert driving for long hours and long distances. Good night vision and able to focus on driving despite potential in-vehicle distractions.

9. Does not have a weak stomach or issues with odors (ei: body odors, urine and fecal odors).

10. Agrees to maintain our grooming standards such as our uniform standards, hair, and jewelry.

11. Is able to use electronic devices with minimal assistance.

12. Will need to fuel and clean their vehicle at the end of each shift.
